Follow these steps to upload the products:-

1. Go to Manage product Section.
2. Select the products to be uploaded.
3. From appeared Dropdown menu, choose “Upload products”
4. Click on the “Submit” button.

This is because you have not mapped the categories for those products.

Yes, go to the setting section and there in the Fruugo Order section set the order syncing to "No".

Yes, you can done this from the Fruugo configuration through Product Setting section.

Once you will upload the products and submit the product feed to fruugo team then they will verify the products then after your products will live.

Yes, from the configurations page you can do it. You can also set discounts for a particular period using the discount start and end date options. You can also add the Value Added Tax rate for your product if needed.

Simply go to the Manage Products page and use the filter products option. There you can search for your product using sku, product id, and more.

You can do it using the Remove products option under bulk action for any or all of your products by selecting them according to your need.

• Click on the “Export/import” section of the app.
• Export the file and update the changes.
• Then, import the file in the app.
• Upload the products to see the changes on Fruugo.
   

Note:- You need to “OFF” the syncing from Shopify for that particular field.

You have to provide a threshold value so that orders will not come on that product.  You can set the threshold limit from the app to follow these steps:-

1. Go to settings section option.

2. Set the threshold and Save the button.

Category Mapping is the process of mapping your Shopify Product Type with the Fruugo Category in which you want to list down your product on Fruugo.com.  

In Product level wise category mapping, you can map the categories of individual products like Product Id, SKU, Product title etc. If your every product in a different category then you can map category on the product level.
