Is it possible to cancel my plans anytime?
To cancel the plan all you need to do is just uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app from your Shopify store will cancel your plan at the very moment. (No Refund will be alloted in the case).
How can I test the app?
We provide a 7 days trial for free so that you can test the app.
Where can I see my orders received from OnBuy?
All the orders information gets synced in the app and updates it's status.
Why are my orders not appearing on Shopify?
For an order to be synced in a Shopify store, there must be the inventory in the product on Shopify or the product must be available in the Shopify store.
Is there any limit of skus upload during the trial period? Can trial be extended?
There is a 150 SKUs upload limit in the trial period. Yes, it can be extended on request.
From where I can get the API Keys on my OnBuy Seller account?
To get the the keys of your seller account you have to login into your account and move to Inventory Integration & APi section.
Why are my products not uploaded?
You have to upload your products on the marketplace, there are two options to do that, either you can select and upload the Products or Upload all your products in Bulk.
Do all products require a barcode?
OnBuy uses a catalogue system so products are listed using their unique GS1 barcodes. However, there are exceptions: certain categories and products that don't require a barcode won't be part of the catalogue system. If you don't have barcodes for your products.
Are there any products that I can't sell?
1:-Illegal products, Counterfeit, unauthorised or unlicensed merchandise, Non-CE marked toys, Products which infringe the IPR of a third party
