Yes. You need to either select a Free OR a Paid Plan to move ahead.
If your order limit exceeds your FREE PLAN, then you’ll have to choose a paid plan to move further.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we provide you with some extra order credits. If your orders exceed the limits of your current plan, the app will continue fetching the orders until those extra credits get consumed.
No. Your plan will never get upgraded automatically. You’ll have to always manually select the plan you want to upgrade to.
No. Your plan never downgrades itself automatically, unless you decide to do it yourself.
If the app is syncing the orders, even if you are not pushing them to Shopify, it will be chargeable because the products are linked in-app, the app is securing the product records between Shopify & Amazon, sync product information (title, description, Price, barcodes, category, attributes) also managing the near real-time inventory syncing) so the app takes the charges. If nothing is managed by the app, the app will not take any charge.
